Shamita’s love life, Saqib’s surprise proposal & Shilpa’s rishta radar all exposed on Kapil’s couch!

And this week on Netflix’s The Great Indian Kapil Show, Shilpa Shetty channels full Sima Aunty energy as she arrives with her sister Shamita Shetty, ready to find her a dulha on a global streaming platform! Joining the sisters are another beloved bhai-behen jodi, Huma Qureshi and Saqib Saleem, for an episode packed with rishton ka drama, sibling banter, and a whole lot of “shaadi kab karoge.”
Talking all things shaadi-byaah for her lil sister, Shilpa doesn’t hold back, _“Main toh besharam bhi hoon, main toh saamne se pooch bhi leti hoon, ‘tumhari shaadi ho gayi hai?’”_
Cracking up the audience she continues, _“Woh sochta hoga ki ‘tumhari toh shaadi ho gayi hai, yeh mujhse abhi ye sawaal kyun kar rahi hai?’ phir main bolti hoon, ‘nahin nahin mere liye nahin, meri choti behen ke liye!’ Actually, main impress bohot jaldi ho jaati hoon isiliye!”_
Kapil stirs the pot further by reminding everyone of Huma’s dating app partnership, suggesting Shamita try her luck there but things take a romantic turn elsewhere when a fan, Prachi, proposes to Saqib on stage, reciting a heartfelt shayari. As if that wasn’t enough, the fan casually reveals she has a younger brother, instantly catching Shilpa’s attention. _“Kitne saal ka hai?”_ She shoots back, deadpan, suggesting another rishta for Shamita. _“Ye Rakshabandhan special tha, ya matrimony special?”_, jokes Saqib.
With sibling rivalry, love confessions, pyaar bhari masti and a full dose of filmy rishta chaos, this episode felt like we were in a family living room watching siblings argue, fight for the remote but when mummy comes into the picture, they both become one team.
