We are honored to announce that Tannishtha, a Class 12th student and our talented swimmer, bagged the gold medal in the 50m butterfly swimming event at the 69th National School Games. Her outstanding performance at this event added one more achievement for our school, and her excellent performance in sports reflects her endeavor to set new avenues, enhance athletic abilities, and set new benchmarks for a highly challenging competitive arena.
Tannishtha’s gold medal victory is a lasting emblem of discipline, passion, and her dedication to swimming. Participating and competing against young swimming talents representing regions nationwide, she showcases her exceptional skill and stamina, dominating the speed with rapidity. Her achievement renders more than personal glory, encouraging others to aim high in their endeavors with determination.
The 69th National School Games event, held from 29th November 2025, invited participants for various games, including Judo, table tennis, lawn tennis, etc., all across the nation. Our collaboration with ISSO empowers our students to exhibit young athletic talent and provides Tannishtha to shine bright to make our nation proud. Her achievement made The Himalayan School proud, and we are confident that her remarkable success is a beginning and will lead to a successful journey in future competitions.
