The Delhi Government has extended the deadline for the late fee waiver scheme on water bills till August 15.
Delhi Government Minister Parvesh Verma said, “The government has decided to extend the LPSC amnesty scheme for the first and last time to streamline the entire system. If bills can’t be delivered properly to people, how will they pay them? If our office systems aren’t in order, how will people be able to pay their bills? … The government is extending this scheme until August 15th …”
