Batting first, Lions posted 178/8, thanks to a brilliant 85 off 60 balls by Krish Yadav, supported by Hrithik Shokeen’s quickfire 20. For the Kings, Arun Pundir was the standout bowler with 2/16 in 4 overs.

In reply, the Kings were guided by Yash Dhull’s 72 (49) and skipper Jonty Sidhu’s 56 (41), but fell short at 175/5. With 7 needed from the last over, pacer Anirudh Chowdhary held his nerve, conceding just 3 runs and dismissing Sidhu to seal victory.
The Lions’ disciplined bowling in the death overs, particularly from Chowdhary and Shivank Vashisht, proved decisive in handing them a memorable win.
