Dog lovers protested at Jantar Mantar

New Delhi(Shyam Sunder): Dog lovers wearing life-size dog costumes and holding placards staged a protest at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi on Saturday against the removal of street dogs, ahead of a Supreme Court hearing on the issue.
