New Delhi/Gurugram, UAE-based real estate developer BNW Developments has announced an ambitious plan to develop nearly 10,000 homes across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah over the next four years, with Indian investors playing an increasingly significant role in the company’s expansion strategy.
The announcement was made during BNW’s Global Partners Meet in Gurugram, where more than 2,000 channel partners and real estate professionals from across India gathered to discuss opportunities in the rapidly growing UAE property market.
According to the company, Indian buyers contributed 14.38 per cent of its total business during the first half of 2026, reaffirming India’s position as one of BNW’s most important international markets.
“India is not simply an important source market for BNW; it is a strategic partner in our growth journey. The contribution of Indian buyers reflects the confidence they place in the UAE as an investment destination and in developers that offer credibility, transparency and long-term value,” said Dr. (CA) Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Founder of BNW Developments.
Aggarwal said the company aims to deliver around 10,000 residential units over the next four years while strengthening its network of channel partners to better serve Indian investors seeking opportunities in the UAE real estate sector.
BNW Developments currently has 12 projects under various stages of development across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, including branded residences, hospitality-led projects, mixed-use developments and master-planned communities. The company expects to begin handing over its projects from 2027 onwards.
In Ras Al Khaimah, the developer is building projects on Al Marjan Island, including the Al Marjan Beach District, as well as developments in RAK Central. In Dubai, BNW is expanding its portfolio of branded residences in key growth corridors.
The company said demand from Indian high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), non-resident Indians (NRIs), entrepreneurs and professionals continues to grow, driven by the UAE’s attractive rental yields, long-term capital appreciation, transparent regulatory environment and global connectivity.
BNW also noted that investors are increasingly prioritising a developer’s execution capability, project quality, strategic location and long-term credibility while making property investment decisions.
To strengthen its presence in India, the company is expanding its network of channel partners and working closely with real estate advisors to assist buyers with project selection, transactions and regulatory processes.
BNW’s portfolio features collaborations with renowned hospitality and lifestyle brands, including Taj, Tonino Lamborghini, FashionTV, Wyndham and Radisson Blu. Headquartered in the UAE, the company employs over 750 professionals representing 88 nationalities and has incorporated India-sourced materials and expertise across several of its developments.
