Indian Sufi Leader to Carry Message of Peace at Global Billionaires Conclave 2026

Ajmer – In a significant recognition of spiritual leadership and humanitarian service, Shah Sufi Syed Ali Dujana Gurdezi has been invited as the Spiritual Guest and VIP Peace Partner at the upcoming Billionaires for Peace Conclave 2026. The high-profile global event is scheduled to take place on May 21, 2026, at Grand Hyatt Mumbai.

The conclave will bring together Nobel Peace Laureates, global billionaires, philanthropists, and changemakers to deliberate on actionable strategies for global peace, humanitarian collaboration, and sustainable social transformation.

At the conclave, Gurdezi will represent the timeless teachings of Sufism and the universal message of Islam from Ajmer Sharif Dargah—the revered shrine of Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti. He is expected to share the core Sufi principle of “love for all, malice towards none,” along with values of unity, harmony, and selfless service to humanity.

As the 26th-generation hereditary custodian (Gaddi Nasheen) and Chief Key Holder of the Dargah, Gurdezi belongs to the distinguished Chishtiya Gurdezi lineage, which traces back to the Prophet Muhammad. For over 800 years, his family has served as custodians of the shrine, preserving its legacy of compassion, interfaith harmony, and spiritual guidance.

Apart from his spiritual role, Gurdezi is the Director of the Chishtiya Sufi Foundation, a registered non-profit organization dedicated to transforming Sufi ideals into real-world impact. The foundation’s initiatives span education, women empowerment, healthcare, and hunger relief.

Key initiatives include scholarship programs for underprivileged students, skill development and vocational training for women, free medical aid, and the “Sufi Vegetarian Meals on Wheels” program, which has served over15,000 people. The organization currently runs more than 250 projects across Rajasthan, impacting hundreds of communities.

These initiatives align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the United Nations, reinforcing the foundation’s commitment to inclusive growth and humanitarian service.

Gurdezi’s contributions have earned international recognition, including honors at the UK Parliament for his work in promoting peace and social welfare.

Speaking on the invitation, he said, “It is with deep humility that I will carry the message of Khwaja Gharib Nawaz to this global platform. Sufism teaches that inner peace is the foundation of world peace. By combining spiritual wisdom with collective action, we can build a more compassionate and harmonious world.”
